Methodology
The Avium Acquisition System.
Most agencies run campaigns. We build acquisition systems. This is the methodology behind every engagement - a structured, repeatable process that turns paid traffic into predictable, scalable revenue.
The problem with campaigns
Campaigns are temporary. Systems compound.
Five phases
From audit to scale. Repeatable. Measurable.
Audit
Every engagement begins with a comprehensive audit of your existing acquisition infrastructure. We examine your ad accounts, campaign structures, creative assets, landing pages, tracking setup, and attribution model. We identify what is working, what is leaking budget, and where the highest-impact opportunities sit. The audit produces a prioritised roadmap - not a 60-page deck, but a focused document that tells you exactly what needs to happen and in what order.
Build
With the roadmap defined, we build the system. This includes restructuring ad accounts for scalable growth, producing performance creative based on proven frameworks, designing conversion-focused landing pages, and implementing server-side tracking with proper attribution. Every component is built to work with the others. Campaign structures are designed around the creative strategy. Landing pages are built to match ad messaging. Tracking captures the data that informs the next round of decisions.
Launch
We go live with a structured testing plan. Every campaign launches with clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, and the measurement infrastructure to validate results. We do not launch and hope. We launch and learn. The initial launch phase is deliberately controlled - budgets are measured, audiences are segmented, and creative variants are tested methodically. This gives us clean data to make informed scaling decisions.
Optimise
This is where the system starts to compound. We analyse performance data daily - not just ad metrics, but the full funnel from impression to revenue. We refresh creative before fatigue sets in. We refine audiences based on conversion data, not just engagement. We A/B test landing pages to incrementally improve conversion rates. We adjust bids and budgets to maximise return at every level of spend. Every optimisation is logged, measured, and fed back into the system.
Scale
Once we have identified what works - which audiences, which creative, which landing pages, which offers - we scale it. Budgets increase methodically, not recklessly. We expand into new audience segments, new placements, and new channels. We build redundancy into the system so that growth is sustainable. If one creative fatigues, another is already tested and ready. If one channel plateaus, another is already ramping. This is how you scale without the performance cliff that most brands experience.

Why it works
Connected systems outperform isolated tactics.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients see meaningful performance improvements within the first 30 days. The full system - with all components optimised and working together - typically reaches maturity at the 90-day mark. We set clear milestones at each phase so you always know where you stand.
Do we need to start from scratch?
No. The Audit phase is designed to evaluate what you already have. If your existing campaigns, creative, or landing pages are performing well, we build on them. We only replace what is not working. The goal is to improve the system, not to start over for the sake of it.
What if we only need help with one channel?
We can work on a single channel, but we will always assess the full system during the Audit phase. Paid media performance is influenced by creative quality, landing page conversion rates, and tracking accuracy. Even if we are only managing one channel, we will flag issues elsewhere that are affecting your results.
How is this different from what other agencies do?
Most agencies manage campaigns. We build systems. The distinction matters because a campaign is a set of ads. A system is an interconnected machine where media buying, creative, landing pages, and tracking reinforce each other. When one component improves, the entire system benefits.
What happens after the Scale phase?
The methodology is cyclical, not linear. Once we reach scale, we return to the Optimise phase to identify new efficiencies, then scale again. We also layer in new channels, audiences, and creative angles. The system continues to compound over time.
